Selection of Coverage: Customers are required to select the insurance coverage applicable to the items stored within their rented unit under the "Select Insurance" section.
Coverage Limitations: Insurance coverage applies only to stored items, excluding any type of vehicle. If non-vehicular items are stored alongside a vehicle, only those non-vehicular items will be eligible for coverage. Vehicles are explicitly excluded from all insurance options provided.
B. Promotional Discount – First Month
50% Discount: A 50% discount will be applied to the first month’s rent, regardless of the tenant’s move-in date.
C. Promotional Discount – Payment Terms
Timely Payment Requirement: The promotional discount is valid for a period of either two (2) or three (3) months.
Forfeiture Clause: If payment is late for any of the months during the promotional period, the discount will be voided for the following month. The rental rate will immediately revert to the standard (street) rate, and any remaining promotional benefits will be forfeited.
